At A New You Aestheticspa, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund policy below.

Physical Products We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at julie@anewyouaestheticspa.com. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Medical Grade Skincare (Epionce) Due to the nature of medical-grade skincare, all sales are final on opened products. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

LED & Device Products Devices such as the LED Hair Growth Cap may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unopened and in original condition. Please contact us before returning any device.

Supplements (Nutrafol) Supplements can not be returned for safety reasons.
